Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains how Elite Peptide Labs handles cancellations, delivery issues, replacements, and limited refund scenarios for products supplied strictly for research use only.

Orders should be reviewed carefully before they are submitted.
Because research materials require documented handling standards and may not be suitable for return once shipped, this policy sets out the limited circumstances in which cancellations, replacements, store credits, or refunds may be considered.
Research products are generally treated as final sale inventory.
Except where required by law, Elite Peptide Labs does not accept returns based on ordering error, preference changes, refusal after shipment, or product no longer being needed. This standard reflects the nature of research inventory, packaging integrity, and supply-chain handling requirements.
Orders may only be cancelled before fulfillment activity begins.
Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed before an order enters processing, packing, or shipment. Once fulfillment has started or a package has been dispatched, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Approved pre-shipment cancellations may be refunded to the original payment method, less any nonrecoverable processing costs where permitted by law.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments must be reported quickly.
If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears incomplete, contact Elite Peptide Labs within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping label, package condition, and product received. Verified fulfillment errors may be resolved by replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
The following situations are generally not eligible for return review.
- Opened, altered, tampered-with, or otherwise used products.
- Items returned without original labels, packaging, or order verification.
- Products affected after delivery by improper storage, mishandling, or customer action.
- Orders refused in transit or returned due to incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
- Promotional, clearance, custom, or expressly designated final-sale inventory.
Unshipped orders may be reviewed if expected timelines cannot be met.
If Elite Peptide Labs determines that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe or within a commercially reasonable period, we may provide an updated timeline and, if required by law, the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped merchandise.
Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, banking institution, and settlement systems involved. Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the refund is based on a verified error by Elite Peptide Labs or otherwise required by law.
Order issues should be raised with us before a payment dispute is initiated.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or reversals when order records, tracking, delivery confirmation, communications, or fraud controls indicate that the order was validly placed, processed, or delivered.
This policy may be revised to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.
Elite Peptide Labs may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The effective date on this page will identify the most recent version.
