Interac e-Transfer is the default payment method at checkout.

After selecting Interac e-Transfer at checkout, complete the steps below through your online or desktop banking to finalise your order.

Step-by-Step

Follow these steps exactly after placing your order.

  1. After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order details and the e-Transfer recipient email address.
  2. Open your online banking app or desktop banking and initiate a new Interac e-Transfer.
  3. Verify that the total amount and recipient email match exactly what is shown in your confirmation email.
  4. In the Security Question field write: "What is my order?" — then enter your Order Number as the security answer.
  5. Include your Order Number in the Message field as well.
  6. Send the transfer. Once payment is received and confirmed your order will be processed, shipped, and you'll receive a follow-up confirmation email with tracking details.

Do not disclose what you are purchasing in the transfer.

Do not include any description of your purchase in the message or security fields. If prompted for a reason, write "consulting". Ensure the transfer total and recipient email match your confirmation email exactly to avoid any delays or payment matching issues.

  • Your order remains on hold until e-Transfer payment is received and verified.
  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
