Who is Eligible for Same Day Delivery?
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (PST local time).
- Only available on orders within select delivery areas in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
- Orders must meet certain criteria, including product availability and shipping location.

Place an eligible order before 1:00 PM and choose the 'Same Day Delivery' option at checkout. We will process your order and ensure it is shipped out on the same day.
Same Day Delivery Fees & Availability
- Same-day delivery is available for a flat rate of $25, within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland areas.
- If your order exceeds $250, same-day delivery is FREE!
- Available only for certain locations. Vancouver to Surrey is included in our local same-day delivery area.
Order Processing Before Same Day Delivery
Orders placed and payments completed before 1:00 PM will be processed and delivered on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Restrictions for Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is not available for certain oversized items or special-order products. Additionally, deliveries to remote locations may not be eligible for same-day service. We will inform you if your order falls into any of these categories.
What to Expect with Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery timing may vary based on location and external factors. Typically, orders are delivered by the end of the day by 8pm PST, but specific timeframes can't be guaranteed due to several factors outside of our control.
